摘　　要：高职院校英语校本教材开发是高职英语教学改革的必然趋势,校本教材根据不同专业的需求,以就业为导向、职业为背景,以学生英语实际水平为基础,设计教学内容、教学任务,强化听说能力、模拟职场应用,提高学生的沟通能力和职业素养。本文从校本教材开发的必要性、开发原则及教学实施等方面进行了阐述。The development of college-based higher vocational English textbooks is a necessary trend of higher vocational Eng-lish teaching reform. College-based textbooks design teaching contents and tasks, enhance listening and speaking ability and simulate workplace application, in accordance with requirements of different majors, oriented by employment and occupation, and based on students＇ actual English levels, so they can improve students＇ communication ability and occupational quality. This paper mainly focuses on the necessity and principles of col-lege-based textbook development, as well as its implementation in teaching.
