关于新形势下加强高校青年教师师德建设的思考

摘　　要：新形势下高校青年教师师德建设必要而迫切。文中主要分析了目前制约高校青年教师师德建设的主要因素,并针对性地提出了加强高校青年教师师德建设的主要应对措施。It is necessary and urgent to improve the morality of college young teachers under the new situation. The key factors of handicapping the morality improvement were presented,and the major countermeasures on the morality improvement of the col-lege young teachers were put forward specially in this paper.
