摘　　要："大学生心理健康教育"是培养大学生良好心理素质的重要基础课程之一。将提升心理复原力的理念引入"大学生心理健康教育"教学之中是改进教学方法、改善教学效果的全新思路和有益探索;也是通过课程带动大学生真正实现心理自助这一长效目标的教学实践方向。＂Mental Health Education of University Students＂ is one of the important basic courses for developing students＇ good mental quality. It is a new idea and beneficial exploration to transform teaching method and improve teaching effect of＂Mental Health Education of University Students＂ based on resilience promotion. It is also the teaching practice direction for realizing the long-term goal of mental self-help through course learning.
