摘　　要：建设"双师结构"教学团队是师资队伍建设的重要内容和实现载体。校企合作促进教学团队的建设。以"航海学"教学团队建设为例,阐述基于校企合作的教学团队的基本特征、建设重点和途径,分析影响教学团队建设效果的几个问题,提出提高教学团队建设有效性的思路。School- enterprise Cooperation promotes the construction of＂ Dual- qualification Structure＂ teaching teams. Take Navigation teaching team for example, clarify the basic characteristics, emphasis of and approaches to teaching team construction based on school - enterprise cooperation, discuss some issues affecting the effects of construction, finally put up solutions to construction effectiveness.
