摘　　要：香港理工大学在办学思想、管理模式等方面有其自身特色和成功经验。"全人教育"、"关注学生发展"、"成果为本"等教育理念和互动型、问题型、项目型等教学模式更是值得学习和借鉴。从理工大学的成功经验中可以得到如下启示:教师要更新教育理念,关注并促进学生发展和能力提升;学校要完善制度化建设,支持和激励教师专业提升和自我发展;同时,国家还要加大教育投入,吸引并留住优秀人才从事教师职业,从而最终提升教育质量。Hong Kong Polytechnic University has its own characteristics and successful experience in the aspects of thoughts of running school, management model and others. It is worth learning and referencing in educational philosophies such as ＂ Holistic Education＂, ＂ Focus on Students＇ Development＂, ＂ Results-oriented＂, as well as interactive type, problem type, project type and other teaching models. From the successful experience of Hong Kong Polytechnic University we can obtain the following inspirations： teachers should update educational philosophy, pay more attention to students and promote students＇ development and capacity building; schools should improve institutional building, support and motivate teachers to enhance their profession and self-development; meanwhile, nation should increase the investment in education, attract and retain talents engaged in professional teachers, and ultimately, we can improve the quality of education.
