摘  要:随着职业教育的发展,职业院校教师的专业化发展水平日益引起社会的关注。针对职业院校专业化发展水平低的问题,通过对教师专业化发展理论的研究,提出构建"职业院校教师专业化培训体系"解决方案,即研究制定职业院校教师专业化标准,根据不同职业生涯发展阶段的职业院校教师培训需求,设计实施职业院校教师培训项目,促进不同职业生涯发展阶段职业院校教师的专业化发展,提高职业院校教师队伍的整体水平。With the development of vocational education, professional development of vocational college teachers at- tracts more and more attention from the society. By studying on the theories of professional development of vocation- al college teachers, the author proposed the idea to construct "development system for vocational college teachers" to improve the current unsatisfactory level of the professional development of vocational college teachers. The pro- posed system requires to design programs based on teachers'needs at different development stages so as to increase the level of professional development and the entire teacher troop.
