摘  要:"双导师制"校外教育实践是对师范生实施校外导师指导的有效形式,就是让师范生身临小学教育实际情境,在校外导师的指导下,提高教育教学实践能力。以丽水学院为例,通过问卷调查与访谈,对该校小教专业大三实行的"双导师制"教育实践中存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进措施:建立优质实践基地,形成"学习共同体";健全校外导师的遴选、考核机制;强化过程管理;改革实践考核机制;使师范生成为"反思性实践者"。The dual-tutor-based internship for undergraduates of primary education is an effective means that ensure the quality of off-campus guidance through helping the students develop their practical professional competence in real situations. Based on questionnaire surveys and interviews, the problems of Lishui University’s practice are analyzed in this paper and the measures are proposed for improving the pracrtice. These measures include: establishing high -quality internship bases, developing learning communities, perfecting off-campus tutor selection and assessment system, intensifying process management, reforming intern assessment system and facilitating interns to become reflective practitioners.
