红缨子高粱有机磷农残前处理方法的改进

摘　　要：通过对红缨子高粱有机磷农残检测方法的改进，在乙腈提取液中添加2.0 g聚酰胺吸附剂，能很好地去除高粱红色素。低浓度、2倍低浓度、高浓度水平的变异系数在3.2%～12.8%之间，回收率在68.0%～109.2%之间，都达到标准规定的要求。此方法经济、简便、准确，适合中小企业和检测机构采用。In the experiment, 2.0 g polyamide absorbent was added in acetonitrile extract, which could effectively remove red pigments in Hongy-ingzi sorghum.The variation coefficient of low concentration, double low concentration and high concentration level ranged from 3.2%~12.8%and the recovery was between 68%~109.2%, which met the requirements of the standards. Such method was economic, convenient and fast, and suitable to use in small and medium-sized enterprises and testing institutions.
