摘　　要：伴随高职教育规模的不断扩大,在新形势下,高职院校"双师型"教师的招聘尤为重要。在此,从以能为本的角度出发,重塑高职院校招聘流程和模式,提出了一种高效率的招聘模式,期望能够实现人尽其才、能岗匹配的最佳状态。As the scale of higher vocational education increasingly expands, the recruitment of the ＂double quality＂ teachers seems very important in the new situation. Based on the idea of ability-orientation, the article rebuilds the recruitment pattern of higher vocational colleges and proposes an efficient recruitment model to achieve the ideal state that no talent is wasted.
