摘 要:以贵州晴隆黑山羊为研究对象,采集黑山羊养殖场饲养环境中土壤、牧草、饮用水进行砷、汞、镉、铅含量检测,以及检测黑山羊体内肠、心、肝、肌肉、骨和肺不同部位组织器官中重金属的蓄积分布,探究当地黑山羊组织中重金属蓄积与分布情况与饲养环境的相关性。得出以下结论:饲养环境重金属含量与黑山羊组织中重金属的蓄积有相关性;饲养环境土壤中重金属砷与黑山羊组织肝脏组织中显著相关;饲养环境中重金属汞与黑山羊肝脏和肌肉组织有较强的相关性;饲养环境中重金属镉与黑山羊心脏和肝脏组织显著相关。In order to investigate correlation between distribution and aceunmlation of heavy metals in tissues of black goat and their raising environment, soil, pasture and drinking water of black goat farm in Qinglong, Guizhou were collected to analyze heavy metal contamination of arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead, and distribution and accumulation of heavy metals in intestinal, heart, liver, muscle, bone and lung were meas- ured. The results showed that heavy metal contents in the breeding environment were correlated to the accu- mulation of heavy metals in tissues of black goat. Soil arsenic in the breeding environment had significant cor- relation with arsenic in the liver tissue. Hg in the breeding environment had a strong significant correlation with mercury in the liver and muscle tissue. Cadmium in the breeding environment had significant correlation with heart and liver tissue of black goat.
