摘　　要：校企合作是职业教育发展的必然要求,是培养职业学生技术技能的重要途径。德国双元制模式是职业教育校企合作的典范,借鉴德国职业教育经验,创新高职教育校企合作的人才培养模式,对于推进我国高职教育的发展具有重要的意义。School-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable requirement of career development and an important way to develop vocational students＇technical skills.German dual system mode is the model of vocational educational school-enterprise cooperation.Using experience of German voca-tional education and innovating talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vo-cational education is of great significance in promoting the development of our country＇s higher vo-cational education.
