摘 要:采用问卷调查、实地走访、研讨等多种方法,对我国职教师资用人单位和在岗教师进行抽样调查。结果表明:在职教师资综合教学能力中,教学能力最为重要,其次为专业岗位能力因素和基本素质因素,最后为基本技能。在教学能力中,教学组织能力最为重要,其次为运用教法能力和教学设计能力。在教师专业岗位能力中,操作技能因素期望值最大,其次为产品开发因素。在教师基本素质中,职业道德因素所占的期望值最大,人文素质因素次之。在教师基本技能中,影响力最大的是语言表达能力,其次为学生管理能力。在园艺专业能力方面,专业教学技能和生产实践技能同等重要。在园艺专业生产实践技能中,栽培技术因素的期望值最高,其次为病虫害防治。在园艺专业教学技能中,专业技能示范因素的期望值最高,其次为专业课程开发。This article adopts the methods such as questionnaire survey,field visits,seminars,to investigate the employers and on-the-job teachers,for information collecting of vocational education teachers capacity requirements. The results show that in the teachers' comprehensive teaching capacity,teaching ability is the most important,followed by professional post ability and basic quality factor,the last of the basic skills. In the teaching ability,teaching ability of organization is the most important,followed by the use of teaching ability and teaching design ability. In teacher's professional post ability,operation skills factor expectation has been the largest followed by products development factor. In the teachers' basic quality,professional moral factor expectation has been the largest followed by the humanistic quality factors. In the teachers' basic skills,language power of expression is the most influential factor,when the second is management ability for the students. In terms of gardening professional ability,professional teaching skills and production practice are equally important. In the practical production skills of gardening,the cultivation technical factors has the highest expectation,followed by pest control. In gardening professional teaching skills,professional skills demonstration factor has the highest expectations,followed by professional curriculum development.
