摘 要:美国高校青年教师教学能力发展机制比较完善,内容涵盖了整合、实施、研究、创新和理解等能力;方式灵活合理,强调群体发展与个体发展、导师指导与同行切磋、外部促进与内部提升、面授发展与在线发展、入职教育与职后培训相结合;其保障系统立足于美国政府的宏观支持、专业组织的中观支持和大学的微观支持。借鉴美国高校青年教师教学能力发展机制,有助于我国高校青年教师教学能力的发展。The teaching ability development mechanism for junior faculty in American universities is quite effective. Its development contents include abilities such as integration, implementation, research, innovation and understanding. Its development mode is flexible and rational, which emphasizes the combination of community de- velopment and individual development, mentor guide and peer guide, external promotion and internal promotion, face-to-face development and online development, pre-service training and post-service training. And its security system is based on the US government's macro guidance, professional organization's mid-level coordination and universities' microcosmic implementation. The study and reference of teaching ability development mechanism for junior faculty in American universities contributes to the development of junior faeuhy's teaching ability in our country.
