摘　　要：研究和建立一套科学完备的高校辅导员队伍建设测评体系具有重要意义。文章界定了高校辅导员队伍建设测评的主体与客体,阐述了构建测评体系应要遵循的基本原则,设计、提出了高校辅导员队伍建设测评的标准、模式和方法,以期促进高校辅导员队伍建设的良性发展。It is significant to study and establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for college counselor team construction. This paper introduces the subject and object of the evaluation system for college counselor team construction, describes the basic principles in establishing the evaluation sys‐tem and proposes the evaluation criteria, models and methods, in order to promote the healthy devel‐opment of the construction of college counselor team.
