摘　　要：随着我国教育产业发展的规模越来越大,高职教育已经成为高等教育中不可或缺的重要组成部分。每年高职院校为社会供给技术型人才几十万人,充分解决了社会技能型人才短缺的问题,高职学生对于职业技术能力、职业评价、职业选择的多种认识还存在一些问题,在职业价值观上的看法与观念都不明确,高职院校学生需要树立正确的价值观,才能更好地为社会提供服务,成为一个有价值的人才。With the increasing development of education industry in our country, higher vocational education has become an indispensable part of higher education. Every year, higher vocational colleges have provided hundreds of thousands of technical talent for the society, which adequately address the shortage of skilled talents. Higher vocational students still have some misunderstandings of vocational and technical ability, professional evaluation, and career choices. Besides, their views and ideas on occupational values are not clear, in order to become contemporary valuable talents and provide better service for the society, higher vocational college students need to set up the proper values.
