摘　　要：在有机化学中采用案例教学法,激发学生学习的兴趣和积极性,提高教学效果。由3-硝基-4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯经过10步反应合成福莫特罗,在合成中应用了一些基础有机化学反应,福莫特罗的合成可以作为有机化学教学案例,帮助学生了解有机化学反应的应用。Teachlng case method has been applied in organic chemistry, promote the enthusiasm and initiative of student＇s learning, consequently, improve the teaching effect. Formoterol is synthesized from methyl 4 - hydroxy - 3 - nitrobenzoate after ten step chemical reactions, there are many elementary organic chemistry reactions using in formoterol synthesis, so formoterol synthesis can be used as a teaeting case in organic chemistry, it helps students to understand the application of organic chemistry reactions.
