英美教师专业伦理建设经验及对我国的启示

摘　　要：完善的教师专业伦理是教师专业化的核心要素。英国和美国作为教育强国在教师专业伦理研究上更为广泛和深入、制定的相应规范具体而操作性强,并有着各自鲜明的特点使得这两国的专业伦理教育更具时效性。我国当前正处于教师职业向教师专业过渡的关键时期,应当很好地借鉴三国经验,促进传统的教师道德向现代教师专业化所要求的教师专业伦理转化。Professional ethics of teachers are the key element of teachers’ professionalization. As superpowers of education, Britain and America have developed more extensively and thoroughly in their studies of professional ethics of teachers. They have more practical and detailed corresponding norms which guarantee the timeliness of their professional ethics education. We are now in a period of crucial transition of teachers’ professionalization; therefore, we should make good use of their experiences and promote a reasonable transform.
