摘　　要：对英、法、德等西欧国家医生培养体系特征进行研究和分析,发现西欧主要国家医学教育制度和医生培养体系在医学学位和医师准入的关系、院校教育和毕业后教育的衔接等方面,都和北美国家存在一定差异,对我国构建和实践"5+3"临床医学人才模式具有重要的参考和借鉴价值。The paper analyzes the characteristics of doctor training system in Britain, France and Germany and then compares them with the characteristics of doctor training system in North American countries. It reveals that there are differences between Western Europe and North America in terms of the relationship between medical degree and clinical practice and the linkage between college education and further education. Medical education and doctor training system in Western European countries may shed light on China＇s ＂5 ＋ 3＂ model of clinical education.
