摘  要:采用问卷调查法,对465名职技高师在校师范生进行调查分析。结果发现:职技高师师范生的教师职业倾向性整体上是较为积极的,但是比较其对去普通学校和职业学校任教的倾向性不难发现,他们去职校从教的意愿较低,需要国家、学校及学生自身多方努力,培养其对职业教育的积极向往,彰显其职技高师特色。A self Questionnaire Survey "Vocational and Technical Normal Students' Teachers Professional Orientation" of 465 vocational technical high school in normal students are conducted and found that: As a whole, students' professional ori- entation to vocation-technical normal colleges is more positive, but compared with regular schools, vocational schools teach- ing intention is lower. It needs the joint efforts of the countries, schools and students themselves to develop their positive yearning for career education, highlighting the features of the vocation-technical normal colleges.
