摘  要:翻转课堂是一种基于信息技术的新型教学模式,其应用于职业院校教师培训符合现代教师培训理念,适合成人教师的学习特点,能促进师生之间的多维互动。通过培训前的需求分析和视频开发、培训中的搭建平台和分享交流、以及培训后的多元评价和反思总结等策略,能有效推动翻转课堂在职业院校教师培训中的应用,提升教师培训的效能。Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode based on information technology. Its application in vocational college teacher training is in line with the modem concept of teacher training and adult teachers' learning characteristics, which can promote the interaction between teachers and students. Necessity analysis and video development before training, platform construction and sharing in training, and the multi-evaluation and reflection after training, can effectively promote the application of flipped classroom ha voca- tional college teacher training, so as to improve the effect of teacher training.
