摘　　要：高校创新型科研团队,作为高校科研典型的组织模式,已经成为国家自主创新系统中科技产出与知识创造的主力军,其组织行为模式应当与科研团队的不同发展阶段相适应。本文从地方财经类高校实际情况出发,依托区位优势和学科优势,以管理学学科商务智能创新团队为例,对团队的建设、发展、提升三个阶段的行为模式进行研究。旨在为财经类高校创新型科研团队建设提供一定的理论支撑和实践指导。University innovative research team, as one of the most typical organization patterns of Chinese scientific research, has become the main force of scientific and technological production and knowledge creation in national innovation system. The orga-nizational behavior model of the innovation team of science and technology in universities should fit with different development steps of the team. In this paper, based on the actual situation of local finance and economics universities, according to regional advantages and discipline advantages, three phases of building, development,and improvement about team would be studied,to enrich and deepen the theoretical system of university innovative research team, guide and standardize the construction of Chinese finance and economics university innovative research team.
