摘　　要：为了适应素质教育的要求,提高学生的综合素质,培养学生的创新能力与实践能力,开设校系实验公选课。本文以"生物与环境样品分析"实验公选课建设为例,对实验公选课的教学内容、教学模式等进行了深入的探讨,同时提出了课程教学过程中的问题和体会。Experimental elective courses were set up in order to meet the requirements of quality education,improve the comprehensive quality of students,cultivate the innovation ability and practice ability of students. This paper introduces teaching content and teaching mode of the public elective course,and presents some problems in the practical application.
