摘 要:城镇化进程中农村中小学生辍学现象有了新的变化,其辍学行为从被动到主动;辍学原因由"经济压力"向"价值观念"变化;学校对辍学采取的举措从"积极防控"向"消极协定"转变;辍学结果危害从"经济领域"向"文明层面"蔓延。为消解农村教育中的辍学问题,须加快社会和教育制度改革,重新激发人们对教育的热情;健全农村教育服务体系并提高农村教育质量,满足人们终身教育的需求。There are some new changes about the "dropout" of rural primary and middle school students in the process of urbanization. The dropout itself is changed from being passive to being active. Tile reason for dropout is trmtsformed from being economy-oriented to value-orient- ed. The measures taken by schools vary from "active prevention" to "negative agreement". The problems caused by "dropout" stretch from eco- nomic aspect to cultural aspect. Ti^erefore, in order to deal with the problems in "dropout" in rural area, the reform of educational system should be accelerated, people's enthusiasm towards education should be re-triggered mad a sound rural educational service system should be established. Only in this way can people' s demands for life-long education get met.
