摘　　要：教师专业发展既是教师教学反思的条件,也是教学反思的结果。课题组采用量化研究和统计推理的方式对甘孜藏区中小学英语教师的教学反思进行调查研究,较为全面、准确地了解了该地区的教学反思现状,包含对教学反思的理解认识、反思方式、实施细节、影响因素等观测点,旨在为教师专业发展的地域性研究提供事实依据。Professional development is not only the prerequisite for reflective teaching of English teachers but the end-result of reflective teaching. With the purpose of providing facts or evidence for the regional research on the professional development of teachers, the task group, using statistical reasoning, do a quantitative research on the reflective teaching of English teachers in primary and secondary schools in Ganzi Ti- betan prefecture, and in a complete and accurate way discovers the status quos of reflective teaching in that area including their understanding of reflective teaching, the methods used to do reflection, implementing details and the main elements that influence the reflective teaching and so
