摘  要:教师素质,师德为魂,而教育信念又是师德修养的前提条件和重要组成部分。教育信念是积淀于教师心智结构中的价值观念,是支配教师行为的动力,对教师的职业成长和教育事业的发展具有重要意义。江苏师范大学卓越人才培养强化部在卓越教师培养过程中,高度重视师范生的教育信念的培养与塑造,从创新选拔机制、强化博雅教育、改革实践模式、优化育人环境四个方面强化推进。Ethics is the soul of a teacher's quality. Educational helief is both an inevitable requirement and an important part of teacher' s morality cultivation.Educational belief, which is of great importance for the development of a teacher's professional growth and educational enterprise, is considered as the value formed in teachers' mental mind and is also the motivation for teachers. In the process of the cultivation of excellent teaehers, the Excellence Strength Personnel Training Department of Jiangsu Normal University pay high attention to the cultivation and shaping of the excellent teacher's educational belief, take it as an important task and strengthen and promote it in four aspects: the selection of innovative talents, the strengthening of the liberal arts education, the reform of the practice mode and finally the optimizing of the teaching environment .
