摘 要:高师教师教育"UGS三位一体"人才培养模式的建构主要包括三个方面:一是建构融职前培养、职后培训为一体的开放型教师教育人才培养模式;二是建构主体多元、主体间优势互补的合作型教师教育人才培养模式;三是建构理论与实践相结合、重点提升教师专业能力的实践型教师教育人才培养模式。地方高师院校要在探索中不断完善人才培养模式,大力提高教师教育质量。The construction of the talent cultivation mode of UGS Trinity in teacher's education university mainly consists of three aspects. First, we should construct an open-type of talent training mode of the teacher's education which combined the pre-service training and the in-service training. Second, we should construct a cooperation-type of talent training mode of the teacher% education which has multiple subjects and advantageous complementary between the subjects. And the third, we should construct a practical-type of talent training mode of the teacher's education which combining theory with practice and fo- cusing on upgrading teachers professional competence. The local teacher's education university should improve constantly the talent training mode in the process of the exploration and promote greatly the quality of the teacher's education.
