摘　　要：伴随着RFID技术逐步在追溯体系建设中的试点应用,以肉制品为切入点,分析了RFID技术应用于肉制品追溯体系中的现实意义,从养殖、加工、物流环节入手,研究并提出了RFID技术在肉制品追溯体系部署应用中的思路和框架。同时,针对当前环境和技术局限,指出了RFID技术在肉制品追溯体系应用中存在的问题,结合问题探讨了进一步需要研究的关键技术,并给出了促进RFID技术和追溯体系深度结合和长效发展的方法和建议。Along with the pilot application of the RFID technology in traceability system construction, the practical significance of RFID technology applied in meat products traceability system is analyzed where the meat products are taken as a starting point. Starting from the analysis of feeding, production, logistics sectors, the ideas and frameworks of RFID technology applied in meat products traceability system are posed. Meanwhile, considering the current environment and technology limit, the major issues in RFID technology application are pointed out. Thereaf^r the key technologies to be further look into are discussed while the methods and advices are given which have might contribute to the profound combination of RFID technology and traceability system.
