摘  要:进入21世纪,世界各国普遍将人力资源开发活动的焦点转移到创新型人才培养上,创新创业人才成为新的国际竞争指标。我国高职院校人才培养方案仍偏重于强调理论知识体系的完整性、系统性,忽略了学生创新意识和创新创业精神培育,限制了创新创业人才培养的步伐。对此,应树立"学做创"联贯的新型人才培养观,建立起双重驱动、评价激励等有效机制,探索高职院校创新创业人才培养新路径。In the 21st century, the world in general will be the focus of human resource development activities transferred to the innovative talents training, innovation and entrepreneurship, international competition to become the new targets. Higher professional education program remains its emphasis on the integrity of our theoretical knowledge, systematic, ignoring the students' awareness of innovation and foster innovation and entrepreneurship, limiting the pace of innovation and entrepreneurship training. In this regard, it should establish a "learn to create" a new concept of coherent personnel training, and establish a dual drive, evaluate effective incentive mechanism to explore innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges new path.
