摘　　要：学生的课程权利是指学生在学校课程设置、学习、发展、评价、管理等方面所应享有的权利,是学生基本的学习权和人权的体现,既有合法性,也有合理性,符合社会和教育发展趋势。我国基础教育阶段的学生,在课程设置开发的选择与决策、课程学习内容的自主建构和选择、课程实施过程的平等参与、课程评价、管理与结果对待等方面应享有广泛而合理的权利。Students＇ curriculum rights refer to the autonomy rights that students should have on the aspects of school curriculum, learning, development, evaluation and management. It is the embodiment of students＇ basic learning rights and human rights, which has not only the legitimacy, but also the rationality, and is in line with the social and educational development trend. The basic education in China should return and give students the extensive and reasonable rights on aspects of selections and decisions of curriculum, construction and selection of course content, equal participation, evaluation, management and results treatment in the implementation of the curriculum.
