摘 要:知识领地行为的发生将对组织知识转移产生消极影响,阻碍组织内部知识分享。首先,结合现有文献,对知识领地行为的定义、分类与测量、影响因素等进行了梳理;其次,基于员工-组织关系视角,对知识领地行为的发生机制进行了初步探讨。研究发现,员工是否采取知识领地行为取决于组织给予的物质奖励、情感支持与排他性知识使用带来的净收益之间的利益权衡。Territorial Behavior is a social-behavior construct. Applying the concept of Territorial Behavior to the field of knowledge management, we focus on the Knowledge Territorial Behavior in this paper. Knowledge Territorial Behavior refers to the various acts which are related to knowledge territory that individual or group engage. Its purpose is to advo- cate, declare, maintain, consolidate, protect and expand their control of knowledge territory. This paper involves the classification and measurement of Knowledge Territorial Behavior, and then explores its mechanism from Employee-Organization Relationship.
