摘 要:以社会交换理论为基础,对科技型非公有制企业组织-员工交换关系的内部结构进行研究,从层次动态反馈视角对科技型非公有制组织-员工关系软实力的含义进行把握,并就组织、员工交换物及交换关系媒介三者协同作用阐述了科技型非公有制组织-员工关系软实力的作用机理,为之后的量化分析及实证研究提供了理论框架。Research on non-public technological employee-organization relationship(EOR) is mainly from the perspective of outsiders to give advises and tactics, but without consideration of relationship soft power itself has been unable to meet the development trend. The inside structure and generation mechanism of EORs soft power of non-public technological enterprise needs to be made clear. On the basis of social exchange theory, this paper explores the structure of EOR of non-public technological enterprise, then initially ana- lyses EOR^s soft power of non-public technological enterprise from the perspective of dynamic feedback, Finally, combine swap from employee and organization with the relationship as the medium, this paper further explores the mechanism of EORs soft power of non- public technological enterprise. It will provide theoretical framework for the future quantitative analysis and empirical study.
