“以普通生为本”推进高职院校学生管理工作

摘　　要：高职院校践行"以人为本"科学发展观,促进学生管理工作的顺利开展,必须重视和加强对普通生群体的管理、教育和服务工作。可以说,以普通生为本,是缓解高职院校学生管理压力的最佳途径,是促进学生整体发展、提高班级管理效率的特色工作路线,是杜绝学生潜在安全问题的重要保证。为此,应分析普通生群体特征及其形成原因,从心理上满足普通生的情感需求,从制度上激发普通生的内在潜力,继而推动高职院校学生管理工作顺利进行。To practice the ＂people-oriented＂ scientific development concept so as to carry out student management work smoothly, higher vocational colleges must pay attention to and strengthen the management, education and service work for common students. In general, the best way to relieve the pressure in student management work of higher vocational colleges is to carry out the work on a common student-oriented basis. It is also a special work route to promote students＇ overall development and enhance class management efficiency as well as a important guarantee to prevent students＇ potential safety problem. Therefore, we should analyze the features of this student group and the cause for these features, try to meet their emotional needs and inspire their inner potential based on systems so that we can carry out student management work smoothly in higher vocational colleges.
