摘  要:以从怒江流域野生滇橄榄实生植株中筛选培育的2个优良无性系品种为材料,测定了其主要营养成分的含量,并对其总酚的抗氧化能力进行分析。结果表明,高黎贡山糯橄榄和亮皮脆橄榄含有丰富的维生素、矿质元素及多酚类物质,其多酚类物质具有较强的抗氧化能力。当多酚类物质的质量浓度达到50 g/m L时,高黎贡山糯橄榄中多酚类物质对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基及ABTS+自由基的清除率分别达到87.72%,36.58%和76.47%;在同质量浓度下,亮皮脆橄榄对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基及ABTS+自由基的清除率分别达到87.83%,29.68%和74.75%。可见,高黎贡山糯橄榄和亮皮脆橄榄营养丰富,具有较强的抗氧化活性,对人体具有良好的保健作用。The content of the main nutritional components were determined and the antioxidant activity of the total phenolic was analyzed for two Phyllanthus emblica L. clones, which were selected and cultured fi'om wild Yunnan olive seeding plant in the Nu River Valley. The results showed that the two Phyllanthus emblica L. clones were rich in vitamin, mineral elements and polyphenols and the polyphenols had strong antioxidant ability. When the concentration of polyphenols reached 50 g/ mL, the scavenging rate of DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical and ABTS+ radical by the two Phyllanthus emblica L. clones were 87.72%, 36.58% and 76.47% and 87.83%, 29.68% and 74.75%. It's obvious that the two Phyllanthus emblica L. clones were rich in nutritional components, had strong antioxidant activity and had good health effects on human body.
