摘 要:我国先秦儒学教育思想中蕴含着大量反映教师评价意识的素材和论述。特别是,以"知人"、"爱人"和"无知"意识作为教师评价意识的基本构成,以"长善救失"和"规矩"作为教师评价意识的目的指向,以"视"、"观"、"察"作为教师评价意识的方法步骤,诸如此类的素材和论述,孕育了我国教师评价意识的理智传统,对于当代教育较为本原地理解和深化教师的评价意识具有重要的启示意义。The Pre - Qin Confucianism educational thought contains a large number of facts and dis- courses on teacher' s assessment consciousness. Especially, they include consciousness to"know people", "love people" and "recognize nescience" taken as basic components, to "develop the strengths and correct weaknesses" and to obey "rules" as intentional direction, and to "watch", "inspect" and "examine" as method steps of teacher's assessment consciousness. All these similar facts and discourses have bred the theoretical tradition of teacher' s assessment consciousness in China, giving an important help for today' s education to understand originally and deepen the teacher' s assessment consciousness.
