摘 要:针对创感时代重视感性认知的特点,根据教师需求设计了提升教师创感能力的培训方案,以教师积极参与为核心,通过情境创设和活动设计,使教师在参与中创造、反思与成长,动态生成新的经验与认识。本研究为21世纪的教师专业发展带来启示,为参与式教师培训提供了实践经验。According to the features of conceptual age which emphasized perceptual cognition, we designed a training scheme of improving teachers' ability of perceptual cognition. Its core was the teachers' actively participating. Through the creation of situation and design of activity, we guided the teachers to create, reflect , grow up, generate new experience and understanding dynamically. This study brings enlightenment to teachers' professional development in 21 st century and provides practice experience for Participatory Teacher Training.
