摘 要:分布式领导是近十年来在西方教育领导研究领域兴起的一种观点,近来已经发展成为一种颇具影响的领导理论。分布式领导可从概念性、实践性以及实证性三个不同的视角进行阐述。概念性视角关注分布式领导的理论基础,回答分布式领导"是什么"的问题。实践性视角关注具体情境中的领导实践,即"怎么样"进行分布领导的问题。实证性视角主要关注分布式领导对学校组织发展与学生学习的影响,致力于解决分布式领导"效果如何"的问题。Distributed leadership emerged as a "in vogue" theory in the past decade and currently preoccupied the field of educational leadership. Distributed leadership can be illustrated from three perspectives: analytical, practical and empirical. The analytical perspective focuses on the theoretical foundation of distributed leadership and tries to explain what distributed leadership is. The practical perspective concerns the leadership practice within specific contexts and explores how leadership can be distributed in schools. The empirical perspective is interested in the organizational influence of distributed leadership, and attempts to uncover the links between distributed leadership and student learning as well as school improvement.
