摘  要:以自制的鲟鱼硫酸软骨素为原料,利用物理方法和化学方法对其进行降解,使大分子质量硫酸软骨素降解为小分子质量硫酸软骨素。以产品分子质量为主要参考指标,以产品得率、纯度和特性黏度为次要参考因素,对降解工艺进行优化,并分析物理降解和化学降解的优缺点。结果表明,超微粉碎10 h后,可将硫酸软骨素的分子量降低16%;辐照剂量越高,降解效果越好,且同一辐照剂量下,样品质量分数越低,降解效果越好,当辐照剂量达18 k Gy,样品质量分数为6.7%时,可将硫酸软骨素的相对分子质量降低49%;化学降解中过氧化氢的降解效果最好,可将硫酸软骨素的分子量降低94%,盐酸其次,可将硫酸软骨素的平均相对分子量降低70%,草酸降解效果不太理想,可将硫酸软骨素的分子量降低24%。The chondroitin sulfate of sturgeon was degraded with physical and chemical methods, making big molecular weight of chondroitin sulfate into low one. Taking molecular as main indicator, the yield coefficient,purity and viscosity as the sec- ond reference, the degration process was optimized. The advantages and disadvantages of physical and chemical methods were analyzed. The results showed that 10 h after the superfine grinding, the molecular weight decreased by 16%. The higher the irradiation dose, the better the degradation effect. Under the same irradiation dose and when the concentration of samples were lower, the degradation effect was better. When the irradiation dose was 18 KGy and the concentration of sample was 6.7%, the molecular weight could be lowed by 49%. The hydrogen peroxide had the best effect with decreasing the molecular weight by 94%, followed by muriatie acid of 70%. Oxalic acid had no good effect with the molecular weight decrease of 24%.
