摘　　要：现代教育技术不仅是教育改革的制高点,而且也是促进素质教育实施的有效手段和途径。教师是实施素质教育、提高教育质量的关键,提高备课质量和效率的关键是掌握好现代教育技术。运用电脑备课,可以大大提高教师素质,以适应现代化教学的需要。Modern Education Technology is not only the highest point of educational reformation, but also the effective means and ways to promote the implement of quality education. The teacher is the main part to practise quality education. To improve the educational quality and the efficiency and quality of preparing lessons mainly depends on the use of modem educational technology. We.can use computer in preparing lessons to meet the needs of modern teaching.
