论专业人才“五元培养”模式构建——安全工程专业综合改革的探索与实践

摘　　要：专业是人才培养最基础的平台。针对石油石化安全生产的特点,安全工程专业建设与人才培养必须在"尊重生命价值"的理念指导下,遵循"实践→认识→再实践→再认识"的教育教学路径,以"提出问题、主动思考、系统学习、实践体验、素质养成"五元为核心构建石油石化安全人才创新培养模式,凝炼出石油石化安全人才培养必须要解决的主要教学问题,实施解决教学问题的教学情景化、课程模块化、实训平台化、能力工程化、素质综合化、监控常态化的"六化"专业建设与人才培养方法体系,以提高人才培养的有效性。The major is the basic platform of talents training.In view of safety production characteristic in petrole-um and petrifaction,the specialty construction and talent training must respect life value and follow the education and teaching path of“practicing-understanding-re-practicing -re-understanding”.with focus on “Five-Unit”of raising problems,active thinking,systematic learning,practice experiencing and quality forming,it sets up innovation training mode and gets the major teaching problems which must be solved in the process of safety en-gineering talents in petroleum and petrifaction.And the method and system of specialty construction and talent training are proposed with “Six-Aspect”including situational teaching,modular curriculums,training platform, engineering capacity,integrated quality and normal monitor,which makes talent training more effective.
