摘　　要：改革教学技能考核模式是改变思政专业师范生教学技能不强的一项重要举措,模拟上课考核具有省时高效、检查全面、操作性强、即时纠错、快速提高等特点,具有务实有效的检测、激励、提升教学技能和提高就业招聘面试能力等功能。The reform of the teaching skills assessment mode is an important measure to improve normal students＇ poor teaching skills of tdeological and Political Education. Simulative teaching assessment takes characteristics as being effective, time-saving, comprehensive, maneuverable, and easy to correct and improve. The reform has pragmatic and effective ability to detect, ineent, promote the teaching and job interview skills.
