摘　　要：学生自主学习能力的发展是当前大学英语教学改革的目标和热点。促进学生英语自主学习能力发展应注重课堂环境因素。具体包括:教师给予学生情感上的支持,激发学生自主学习的动机;教师以"任务"为核心组织教学,调动学生自主学习的积极性;教师鼓励学生合作学习,增强学生自主学习的责任感。The development of students＇ independent learning competence is the target and focus of the current college English teaching reform. Attention should be paid to the factors of classroom environment to promote the development of students＇ independent learning competence. Specifically these include the facts that teachers should give students emotional support to inspire the motivation for their independent learning; teachers should carry out the taskcentered teaching to arouse the enthusiasm of their independent learning; teachers should encourage students to study in a cooperative way to enhance the responsibility of their independent learning.
