摘　　要：全人教育是医学教育的重要理念之一。医学研究生在社会实践活动中既能展现自身的医学专业技术，服务于社会；也能通过接触社会各阶层，全面锻炼交流沟通、团队协作能力。本文通过调查问卷，了解北京大学第三医院内科研究生班参加社会实践活动的效果，探讨社会实践是有效落实医学研究生全人教育的重要方法。Holistic education is an important philosophy of medical education. Medical graduate students can show their skills of medical specialties, improve their abilities of communication and cooperation, and promote their sense of social responsibility through social practice. Through conducting questionnaire among medical graduate students of Peking University Third Hospital who major in internal medicine, we have got to know the effect of social practice on holistic education philosophy. Meanwhile, social practice is a crucial approach to implementing holistic education.
