摘　　要：采用自编问卷对195名中小学教师进行了调查。从评估的时间、评估的方法以及教师对评估能力的看法等方面了解教师在教学中实施评估的情况。研究结果表明,从评估在教学中所占的比例可以看出评估与教学有着紧密的联系;教师在评估实践中采用多种评估方法,但是忽视了家长在评估中的作用;评估专业化训练的不足导致了评估重要性的认识与熟练程度之间存在差距,需要采取有效措施提高教师的评估能力。最后对教师评估能力的提升提出了一些建议。A questionaire is administrated to 195 teachers. The information about classroom assessment consists of assessment time,assessment methods and teachers＇ perspectives on assessment competence. The results indicate that： Assessment is linked with instruction according to the proportion of assessment; Teachers take advantage of multiple assessment methods but pay no attention to parents＇ role; The lack of training on assessment gives rise to the difference between the attitude to the importance of assessment and the degree of proficiency. In order to improve teachers＇ assessment competence some suggestions are put forward.
