学习型社会视角下地方高校继续教育学校定位的应然与实然探析

摘　　要：我国以地方高校为依托的继续教育在激烈的竞争中占据主体地位,它们与普通高校资源共享,合作共生,在培养地方应用型人才、指导地方科技创新和服务社会大众方面有着独特的优势条件,但置身于以传统的普通高等教育为重心的地方高校实然环境中,继续教育则暴露出了明显的定位偏差。从学习型社会视角重新审视继续教育的目标定位和学校行为,矫正对继续教育认识上的偏差,使其获得应有的重视,发挥应有的"全民教育""终身教育"功能。In our country,the further education depending on local colleges occupies the main position in the fierce competition.Sharing the same resources with the local colleges and enjoying a co-existence,this kind of further education has a unique advantage in cultivating practical talents,guiding the innovation of local science and technology and serving the public. However,in the traditional reality of the local colleges which centers on ordinary higher education,an obvious deviation of orientation has been exposed. This article re-examines the goal and school action of further education from the perspective of learning society,and it tries to rectify the deviation on the understanding of further education,in order to make it get the due attention and give a due play to the＂national education＂and ＂life-long education＂.
