摘 要:人力资源外包是21世纪人力资源管理发展的新趋势。随着信息技术革新和经济全球化迅速改变着市场环境,众多企业选择走人力资源外包这条路。然而它在给企业带来专业化服务、提升管理水平进而创造核心竞争力优势的同时,其实施过程中也存在诸多风险,为促进人力资源外包健康发展,需要进一步从风险控制的角度对企业实施人力资源外包提出可行性策略。Human resource outsourcing(HRO)is a new trend of human resource management in the 21 st century. With the innovation of information technology and economic globalization,the market environment is changing rapidly,many companies choose HRO.However,there are many risks while it has brought advantages such as professional services,enhancing improvement of management level and core competitiveness.Based on the theory and the process of outsourcing,the paper discusses major risks of human resource outsourcing,and puts forward a practical strategy for the companies to implement human resources outsourcing from the perspective of risk control.
