摘　　要：高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其工作方式和方法在很大程度上影响着思想政治教育的实效性。高校辅导员在工作中只有充分发扬民主,才能与大学生建立良性互动平等和谐的关系,在实现民主育人的同时增强思想政治教育的实效性。文中对高校辅导员工作要充分发扬民主的客观依据和有效途径两个方面进行了初步探讨。University counselors are the main force implementing the ideological and political education for university students, so their working styles and methods influence the effectiveness of ideological and political education to a great degree. Only through giving full play to democracy can university counselors build a favorable, interactive, equal and harmonious relationship with u-niversity students and meanwhile enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper makes a prelimi-nary exploration on the objective basis and effective ways of uni-versity counselors＇ giving full play to democracy.
