摘　　要：高职院校在社会中一直都占有重要地位。现代社会的高速发展也使得高职院校的教学运行管理中存在的一些问题呈现出来,现代高职院校教学运行管理应当如何进行是一个值得探讨的问题。Higher vocational colleges have been occupies an important position in society. The rapid development of modern society makes higher vocational colleges teaching some of the problems existing in the operation and management, modern operation and management of teaching in higher vocational colleges should be how to do is a problem worthy to be discussed.
