摘 要:高职院校教师职业压力是高职院校教师意识到其工作状况对其自尊和健康构成威胁而引起的消极情感体验.适当的教师职业压力是高职院校教师工作的动力,但是压力太大就会给工作带来负面影响.通过调查,真实地了解西部地区高职院校教师职业压力情况,分析存在的问题,提出解决问题的策略,能够为建设一支身心健康的高职院校教师队伍提供理论依据与实践指导.Occupational pressure is a threatening stimulation which continuously functions in the occupational environment and a state of tension caused by a series of changes of individual psychological,physiological and behavior activity.Teacher occupational stress is a negative emotional experience and the perceptual process caused by the working conditions of teachers realizing that they pose a threat to their self-esteem and health.Appropriate occupational stress of teachers is the power of vocational college teachers' work,but too much stress will have a negative impact to the work.This study by truly investigating and understanding work stress situation of vocational college teachers in the western region,analyzing of existing problems,and highlighting the strategy to solve the problem,provides a theoretical basis and practice guidance in order to build of a healthy team of vocational college teachers.
