摘　　要：本文以笔者所在学院的国家骨干高职院校建设期间探索实施的教师教学质量"五边形"评价体系为例,详细阐述了如何从学生、同行、院部、教务、督导等五个层面构建教师教学质量评价指标及项目权重分配。该体系的构建为高职院校教学管理工作中教师教学质量的评价提供了有效工具,也为教师本人提高自身的教育教学水平提供了可供参照的依据。In this paper, the authors, during the construction of the national backbone, ex- plored the implementation of vocational colleges teaching quality ＂pentagon＂ evaluation system. It described in detail how to build teachers teaching quality evaluation system from students, peers, department, educational administration, and supervisors five levels. The system, for the evaluation of teaching management quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges, provides an effective tool, and also, for the teachers themselves, provides a basis for reference to improve their levels of education.
