摘 要:针对当前我国教师教育体系消解、资源流失、教师供需失衡严重、教师教育一体化难以落实等诸多问题,山东省通过整合优化区域教师教育资源、重建教师教育体系、建立教师供需对接机制、改革招生办法、重构教师教育课程体系、创新教育教学方式及建立教师教育者"临床"工作常态化机制等措施,取得了明显效果,为深化教师教育体制机制改革提供了借鉴。Considering the current problems of teachers education in China, such as system digestion, loss of resources, seri ous imbalance between supply and demand of teachers, difficult implementation of the integration of teacher education, Shandong province takes many measures as follows: to integrate and optimize resources in the area of teacher education, to reconstruct teachers education system, to innovate docking mechanism of teacher supply and demand, to reform the way of recruiting stu dents, to reconstruct teacher education curriculum system, to establish teacher educators "clinical" work normalization mecha nism. They have achieved remarkable results, and provide a reference to deepen the reform of the teacher education systems and mechanisms in China.
